Just a six-minute walk to the soft sands of Brighton Beach, the home sits in one of the suburb’s most walkable pockets. Morning swims, Esplanade strolls and sunsets by Brighton Jetty become an easy part of your day. Directly opposite Brighton Train Station, you’re also well-connected with an easy ride into the CBD.

The Jetty Road dining scene is a ten-minute walk, featuring favourites like Saigon Oi, Inthais Café, The Alchemists’ Kitchen and Brighton Food & Wine. The Brighton Road dining strip is eight minutes away, while Brighton Central is a seven-minute walk for groceries and essentials. For broader shopping, Westfield Marion is a seven-minute drive, offering major retailers, cinemas and additional dining.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
