The Space:
This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring one Queen bed and two Single beds, making it well suited for families or small groups travelling together. The overall layout offers a comfortable and spacious living environment.
Both the bedrooms and living area are designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space and create a bright, open atmosphere. The balcony extends the living area outdoors, providing a pleasant spot to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware, suitable for everyday cooking during your stay. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, with clearly defined living and private areas, offering a balanced and comfortable stay experience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.

Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
