After meals, step onto your private courtyard, where fresh air and dappled sunlight make it a favourite spot for a slow morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Upstairs, retreat to one of the three inviting bedrooms after a full day of exploring the city. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote days. Indulge in the ensuite, complete with double sinks and a spacious shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a single and trundle, offer comfortable options for families or groups. A full bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower adds extra convenience, while a laundry with a washer, sink, and storage makes longer stays effortless.

Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning. Check-in is seamless with a secure lockbox, and guests have exclusive use of the property, including private garage parking for one medium-sized vehicle, with additional street parking nearby.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
