The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered water tap, Nespresso machine and everything you need to whip up breakfast spreads or sunset platters.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are bright, beautifully styled and designed for restful nights. The primary bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a plush queen bed, calming tones, a ceiling fan, and generous built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring two king single beds, mirrored built-ins, and playful coastal touches. Both rooms are equipped with split-type air conditioning for year-round comfort. The main bathroom on this level is a treat after a day at the beach, with a walk-in glass shower and a luxurious spa bath to soak in, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience.

A ground-floor laundry area with washer, dryer and an extra toilet adds practicality, and there`s easy on-street parking right out front.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
