“We went for a quiet weekend getaway for a couple. It was very nice! We stayed in a Waterfront Collection King room and liked it a lot. The room needs some maintenance but was very clean, sizable and comfortable. The amenities being right outside the door is an added perk. The lake view is beautiful and the property location could not be better.”

There was the previous guest's hair still on the sheets and only one pillow. I ended up getting new sheets from the front and had to change them myself. “Beautiful property on the lake. Check in was slow and they were behind schedule, which was frustrating. However, they gave us free breakfast vouchers, which helped. The restaurant was great, we ended up eating there twice. It’s also one of the only waterfront places to eat, as most of downtown isn’t waterfront. “I have stayed at Hot Sara before and enjoyed it. This time, however, we were placed in the "annex" section. The room was terrible - we nicknamed it "the dungeon". Little tiny windows, bare bulb overhead lighting, inadequate bulb-type bedside lighting. We had a suite and it was the least luxurious thing I have ever stayed in.
