“Every detail was considered at Lake Placid Stagecoach. Our suite was perfect, comfortable, spacious yet cozy. Kelly and team thought of everything. Also, the service, food and cocktails at the restaurant was so so good. Make sure to make reservations to secure your spot for a great dinner experience!”

“Please check the bill; sometimes they charge you extra even though you didn't use the gift shop or purchase the water bottles. We went on a rainy day, so the next day the weather was nice, but the kayaking service was tremendously delayed. Hence, we cannot do the kayaking. Even though we paid for the resort fee, we never used it.”

“We enjoyed our stay . Room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent , restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing as it was limited choices of prepackaged food . Decaf coffee was just an instant coffee packet to mix with hot water . We would stay again but know that we need to go out for breakfast !”

“My favorite hotel! This place is just spectacular, from the awesome rooms to the amenities! Rooms are gorgeously appointed, grounds are spotless, pool and hot tub so relaxing. Restaurants are delicious. Even when the hotel is full, it never seems crowded. If you are looking for some R&R, this is your place. Rain or shine, you can not beat the Whiteface Lodge!”

“24 hours coffee was the missing part. Other than that it was best place with private lake includes boating and fireplace. Very beautiful and clean place. Loved it.”

“It was a decent place to stay. The bed was not comfortable. It was within walking distance to every thing in Lake Placid. The elevator needs to be replaced and there was rust on the windows.”

“Great place for our 4 night stay. We were able to eat in several breakfasts and suppers, and had a grocery store across the street for additional needed items.”

“The room was ok. There was too much furniture in the room for its size. The pillows are like 12in thick and the mattresses dont have protective covers on them just the bottom sheet. The sheets had some staims on them. ”

“When we got there we had to walk through two feet of snow just to get in and there was nobody there to check us in. I had to call Casey to find out what room we were staying in, she wasn’t even there. (I had called before we even got there and left a message and never got a return call.)When she did get there, I asked her if we needed to make reservations for dinner at their restaurant and she said that it was closed. “Insects in the room, bed wasn’t properly made, bathroom smelled. Commod has something brown on the seating.”
