We were able to use the hotel’s amenities including beach chairs and umbrellas, which was nice. Dimitry was a great host and available to answer questions when they came up. “There was an issue with the pool at the Cretan Lodge prior to our arrival, our hosts contacted us a few days before and asked if Canes Villa would be ok as a substitute as they recognized the importance of a pool for the kids.
