OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

- Dedicated maintenance man in emergency response
- Linen (bath towels, pool towels and sheets) 1 set per person per week (initial set);
- Electricity consumption up to 500 kw/week;
- Final cleaning
- Cleaning once a week 5 hours per 2 housekeepers for stays from 28/06 to 13/09

You can request a 10% discount on stays of at least one week during the periods 26/04 - 28/06 and 13/09 - 25/10

Luxury villa with private swimming pool in a residential complex of private villas monitored 24/24 h with access only for Guests. The residence offers over 3km of coastline dotted with beautiful white sandy coves and crystal clear sea with exclusive access for guests.
The villa extends over 1000 m2 of land and is only 30 meters from the white sandy beach. The eclectic, bulb shaped pool is filled with sea water and measures 100 m2. The garden is equipped with comfortable sun beds, wicker chairs and sofas on which to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea. Courtyard with dining area with barbecue and solarium with beautiful sea views.

The main villa internally consists of two levels. Main floor consists of:

living room with sea and pool view, ornamental fireplace, seating area with sofas and TV with
satellite system;
separate kitchen with all mod cons.
master bedroom with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower;
four bedrooms with two single beds each, that can be united in double beds ;

Basement consists of:
a twin or queen bedroom with bathroom, without AC
a twin or queen bedrooms without AC with TV with PS4
gym
bathroom with shower
laundry room, with washing machine, sink and ironing board

The second villa consists of:

living room with sea and pool view, fireplace, seating area with sofas and TV with
satellite system;
separate kitchen with all mod cons.
master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
two bedrooms with two single beds that can be united in a double bed, with one shared bathroom

Basement consisting of:
Staff room with no windows bathroom (on request only);
Laundry with washing machine.
