“I can’t honestly rate this hotel because I missed my flight and Expedia, this hotel and American Airlines first to reschedule my flight which was for an important milestone in my son’s life his graduation ceremony for the military. I am extremely disappointed and angry with my whole experience. For me now to be out not only on missing this important event I am out the money because they now refuse to give me a refund do not use Expedia to book they say it’s up to the hotel and the airline and...

“Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional.”

“This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.”
