“We got there at 1 am and there was no one at the front desk, so I had to walk to hotel next door to get assistance. There was stuff floating in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rack was about to fall and curtain wouldn’t stay. Hair stuck to the walls of the tub so it doesn’t appear the bathroom was properly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy and AC worked. We only slept there and left early the next morning.”

“Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”

“I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.”

“Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. “We stopped here on the last night of a cross country drive. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, informing us on the in house offerings for dinner and drinks as well as other nearby options. “It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing.”

“Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. FILTH on surface beside fridge. Hair in fridge. No lid or plastic bag for ice bucket. Glass tray missing from...
