Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Staff has a service level that rivals much more luxurious and expensive hotels. Everyone is fluent in English. Breakfast is very nice, albeit very russian. Only thing I missed was a couple of Nescafé bags on the room, as it was now it was only tea. Otherwise truly top notch for the price.”

“Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Ok frukost och middag. Fantastisk massage. Royal massage rekommenderas. Lätt att ta lokalbussen utanför, det kostar 2 kr för en enkelresa! Vi var där i mars och det var kallt. Besök Kahn Shatar varuhuset och ta ett bad och ligg på sandstrand med sand från Maldiverna. Alla mycket hjälpsamma men nästan ingen talar engelska. ”

“Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.”
