âI do not really review anything, but I think Iâd be my remiss not to mention this absolute gem of a hotel we found. Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and youâll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi!
Much better than Radisson where Iâve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - youâll be pleased â
âThe counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager.
They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number.
They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation.
It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive.

â- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby.
- Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important.
- Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent.

âWe stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area. Accessible by car - this option is not available for many of the good hotels in Bodh Gaya as only e-rickshaws are permitted to access the vicinity of the Mahabodhi temple.
