The private pool sits between the condo and Half Moon Bay, giving your group easy access to both the pool and Caribbean throughout the day. A large oceanfront terrace extends the living space outdoors and provides a comfortable place for meals, drinks, and time together.

Inside, the open living and dining area gives everyone room to gather. The full kitchen makes preparing meals at home convenient, and central air conditioning is provided throughout the condo.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a 60-inch Smart TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

All three sleeping rooms offer flexible bedding, with two Twin beds that can be converted to a King.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT NOTE

Bedroom 3 also functions as the condo's TV/entertainment room. It is a pass-through space used to access one of the rear bedrooms, so it does not offer the same level of privacy as a traditional enclosed bedroom.

PRIVATE POOL & BEACH

The private beachfront swimming pool is exclusively for guests of Half Moon Bay 1 and sits just outside the condo.

Beyond the pool, guests have direct access to Half Moon Bay for swimming and snorkeling. The natural seabed includes rocky and coral areas, so water shoes are recommended.

The private oceanfront terrace makes it easy to spend most of the day outdoors without being far from the conveniences of the condo.

Yal-Ku Lagoon and Akumal Bay are within easy reach, while a golf cart provides a convenient way to explore the Akumal area and can be arranged through our guest service team.

Tulum, cenotes, eco-parks, Maya ruins, and other Riviera Maya attractions are convenient day trips by car.
