    Casa San Francisco är en nyrenoverad villa som är varm och inbjudande och känns som hemma. Underbara färger och inredning, ett magnifik hav, vit sandstrand, privatliv och en fantastisk swimmingpool. Vad mer kan du önska?


    Casa San Francisco är en "Hacienda" stil villa ligger på den vita sandstranden i gated, bostäder, South Akumal. Villan är en bekväm och färgstark blandning av konst och hantverk från hela världen som ligger mitt i tropiska trädgårdar och karibiska stranden. Dess charm kompletteras av smidesjärn balkonger och innergårdar fontäner. "Det är bara underbart" läser gästboken.



    Casa San Francisco erbjuder fyra sovrum i huvudvåningen, över två våningar. På huvudvåningen finns det öppna vardagsrum och matsal och fullt utrustat kök. Från vardagsrummet / matsalen kommer du njuta av en fullständig utsikt över turkoskaribien. Via reglagen får du tillgång till den vackra swimmingpoolen och dess kalkstensdäck, som är väl inrett med bord, stolar och poolstolar. Det finns också några stora kokospalmer längs stranden som är perfekta för att hänga din hängmatta.



    Sovrummen: På övervåningen finns tre vackra och avkopplande luftkonditionerade sovrum. Havsutsikt sovrummet är möblerat med kungen och har eget badrum. En annan härlig gäst sovrummet ligger bredvid sovrummet med samma underbara havsutsikt, king size-säng och eget badrum. En tredje ensuite gäst sovrum på övervåningen är möblerad med en king size-säng och har också en elegant tegel taket tak och en härlig utsikt över trädgården. Det fjärde sovrummet ligger på huvudnivån med utsikt över trädgården. Detta är ett rymligt eget rum med två enkelsängar (kan göras till en kung) och en rulla säng. Alla ensuite sovrummen har duschar och antingen en singel eller dubbel fåfänga, och det finns ett extra komplett gästrum med dusch på huvudplanen med dusch från huvudhallen.



    Om du behöver extra utrymme Casa San Francisco innehåller en söt övre nivå pensionat över trädgårdssidan fontän gården. Pensionatet är luftkonditionerat och möblerat med en queen size-säng, eget badrum, egna privata terrasser med utsikt över djungeln och innergården, och också en underbar privat takterrass som är den perfekta platsen för stjärnan som stirrar på natten.


    För golfare ligger Casa San Francisco inom en kort promenad från det helt nya mästerskapet Terence Trent Jones Junior Golf Course RIVIERA MAYA GOLF CLUB.

Fabulous Location and amazing hosts

We really enjoyed pour time at the villa. The staff was amazing, the food, the view, the rooms - everything! The manager was fabulous and took care of everything - we didn't want for anything! Would definitely stay again!

This place was awesome. The house staff cooked and cleaned and did a great job. Golf across the street was very good and the scuba dive was fantastic as well. Cant not say enough good things about this location. Would differently stay here again.

The pool isn’t heated so if it hasn’t been warm enough to heat it up it is COLD! I would stay here again as the staff and house were great! I would look for a closer location given the high costs of taxis.

What an amazing home

Our family group of 7 stayed at Casa San Francisco. The directions we were provided made finding the place easy . We were greeted by the property manager Guille upon our arrival. She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do the beach justice. Sun rise was my favorite on the back patio. Jorge and Noemi kept the place spotless and were also great for providing information on local activities etc . Jorge cooked for us our last night and the meal was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic stay!!

Went to Akumal with a family to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. Cannot say enough positive things about the house and staff on site. The house was well kept and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and worked hard! They took good care of us. The view is incredible, the pool was perfect for our kids to swim in all day. We walked up and down the beach to search for coral and seashells, there was a crew that came by everyday to clean up any seaweed that was washed up. They provide water, and beach towels for your family, and make sure you have enough. There is someone that comes and cleans the pool and patio every morning. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Everyone loved the stay here, wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a friend vacation!

This house is awesome!! We were a group of 10 including some couples. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy. The outdoor space is great, offering a great pool and a mix of sun and shade. The views of the beach are great too. The beach itself is a bit rocky, but we went in with shoes on and used kayaks every day! The house manager was great for arranging out meals with the staff, and the food cooked was amazing. The concierge was very helping in helping us arrange airport transportation, a trip to the cenote, and trips into tulum. The house is about a 30 minute walk down the beach to Akumal, but the town is very small. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space, great views, and great food, you won’t regret booking this place.

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, das Security-Team hat uns bei Anliegen unterstützt und auch die Hausmanagerin war sehr um uns bemüht. Es war alles bestens, einzig das WiFi war defekt. Wir bekamen zwar ein alternatives, das hat aber leider nicht zufriedenstellend funktioniert.Empfehlen können wir auch das Kochservice von Noemi und Jorge! Es war köstlich!Sollten wir nochmals in die Region kommen, ist Casa San Francisco unsere erste Wahl für‘s Wohnen.

Beautiful house by the sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation, first time in this part of Mexico. The rental house was perfect for us, a family of 8 and my daughter in law's Mom. She could escape the noise and have peace and quiet in her lovely casita. The house had everything we needed to cook and even came with the previous guests' unused alcohol in the cabinet! We love our ice and the freezer had several ice trays in which to keep the ice going for mixed drinks in the evening. The pool area was perfect for a big family - lots of lounge chairs, chairs with ottomans in the shade to read, a big outdoor table and a few plastic chairs we could take to the beach and sit by the water. Because of the palm trees, lots of shade by the pool. The staff, Gorge and Naomi were so helpful. They would be there everyday to do our dishes if we didn't get to them, clean up, sweep sand away from the pool, make beds, clean bathrooms etc. We hired them to cook dinner one night and it was fantastic! Yummy leftovers for the next day.The neighborhood has a guard outside the gate 24/7 which gave us peace of mind, although there was never a time we didn't feel completely safe, even in the small town of Akumal.Our only disappointment with this property was it stated there was good snorkeling right in the beach down the steps. Don't know why but we saw one fish in the water and we swam all over, all the way out to the breaker waves where we assumed the reef was.That being what it was, we chartered a boat to take us out to snorkel and see turtles. Expensive but at least we got to see some fish and turtles!

Casa San Francisco was a dream! The house was absolutely a magical experience.

From the first day there, we knew we could trust Gia and the whole family that would be coming in and out of the house for cleaning, and we never worried a bit about it. It felt like extended family with them taking care of us. When we had them make dinners for us, they’d ask us specifically what types of things we’d like and they were accommodating by making soups, chicken, and fish. And I can’t forget the guacamole they made fresh, it was amazing. Outside are plenty of deck chairs and even snorkels, fins, and goggles for snorkeling off the beach. The little touches all around the house made it special, like a bunch of sunscreen, games, books, and very quiet AC units in all the rooms. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Gia. It was so nice to spend the week in the house! Fresh bottled water and cabnitrey items, Essentials in the pantry. Tupperware. Meals cooked were amazing. Great central location from Tulum, where we went out for dinner and sightseeing, as well as to Playa de Carmen. I’d definitely come back!

We wouldn't rent Casa San Francisco again, though.The property was in a good location, fairly well maintained, mostly clean, and basically met expectations. Beds were excellent. Staff were very nice people - cheerful and helpful - but communication was very difficult due to their lack of tech skills and a language barrier. Communication with management company was very poor until about a week prior to our stay, then excellent during our stay. Kitchen was ill-equipped for food prep by guests, which was a real disappointment because we all love to cook, and would have baked goodies. Oven's thermostat didn't work. Gathering areas - dining, living, kitchen - were small and very loud (sound absorbing surfaces on walls, floors, furnishings would have helped).

Beautiful house, Great experience

Casa San Francisco is a beautiful house. The pictures simply cannot convey the beauty of the porch, pool and beach views. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house accommodated us all nicely. The shoreline is a bit rocky, but water shoes helped a lot. My daughter and I both used the kayaks and snorkeling gear in the bay and were amazed at the wide variety of coral and tropical fish just a short distance from the shore. The house staff were fantastic; they took care of everything and made sure our vacation was a wonderful experience. And the staff prepared meals for us in our kitchen that were simply wonderful. It was a great treat to eat delicious, fresh food at home at a huge dinner table. If you want to get out, there's a fun little restaurant a short walk up the beach with excellent fresh fish, and even a pool for the kids. It was nice for a change, but the meals prepared at home by the staff were always the best. We recommend getting a rental car - the concierge can have one delivered to the house. The house is nicely stocked, but you can buy almost anything you can think of at the larger of the two supermarkets in Tulum ( go to the one on the east side of the highway), but you need a car to get there. This is definitely a 5 star vacation home.

Beautiful rental within walking distance of Akumal!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can walk to Akumal along the beach, about a 20 minute walk....during daylight hours. We arranged for the management to make us 2 meals a day and I would highly recommend it! All meals were delicious and very, very reasonable. We did taxi into town a few nights for dinner at La Buena Vida which was also wonderful, but the taxi rides are NOT inexpensive so renting a car would be a great idea. We had beautiful sunny days with a bit of wind. Pool area will be shaded for most of afternoon but there is full sun along with beach chairs up on top for sun lovers. Rooms were VERY clean and it was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 small children. Kayaks are there to use and lots of beach toys for the kids too. There are also snorkels and the snorkling is fantastic, no need to go into town for that, you can do it right there at the property. The cenote jungle was a great attraction, near the town of Akumal. SO quiet, peaceful and beautiful. But again you will need to taxi there if you don't have a car. A few of us went to the golf course is right across the street from the property. I can't think of anything about this property that I would not recommend. Truly 5 star!

Reviewer Comments: If a family could "walk into" a lifetime dream, we achieved it from 12/26/23 - 1/2/24 as our 3 children and their significant others joined us in a week of what undoubtedly will serve as a memory for the rest of our lives. Casa San Francisco was the perfect location to bring us all together. Our adult kids, all north of 30 years, their partners, and our 12 year old grand-daughter relished our time together as we made a memory that we know will last a lifetime. The people that made it so worthwhile took "class of service" to a new heights through the incessant commitment of Guille, the Property Manager and Noemi & Jorge, the couple that served as both our house cleaners and chefs. Every single aspect of our trip was "Class A" with Guille offering answers to every question we had about tipping, utilizing the premises, local etiquette and everything in between. Guille went out of her way to make sure she was always availabe to contact regardless of what we needed assistance with. The property and the grounds were immaculate and the sleeping accommodations were akin to a 5-star hotel and in all ways, even better. Noemi and Jorge' made cooked for us daily combining native Latin dishes with meals of our preference. Their commitment daily, was to keep our rental clean and make sure meals were prepared exceptionally. At this point of our lives, it is difficult to bring all of our children together and this vacation was truly the trip of a lifetime. The ocean was warmer than most pools we've been in and the water "toys" (kayaks) allowed us to adventure hundreds of yards away from the beach and still be able to stand in clear water up to our waists. It is CRITICAL to use water-shoes as they are a difference-maker in wading out from the beach. If you are looking for that "perfect place" to share time, privacy, a beautiful ocean and scenery, memories and A+ service from a VERY committed team of hosts, then you have found it at Casa San Francisco.
