“Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you”

“We had a group of 16 guys stay at this property in Akumal and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff and logistics were a big part of what made the trip so seamless and enjoyable.Edwin was our main chef for the weekend, along with an assistant. They did a fantastic job preparing meals for our large group and clearly understood how to cook for 16 hungry men. “Unbelievable location and incredibly nice property. Was there with my bachelor party. Claudia the concierge took extremely good care of us, booking rides to all of our excursions and to and from the airport, setting up a private chefs who shopped, cooked and cleaned for us, and over all being ready to help with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this place to any large groups looking for a relaxing vacation and to have things taken care of for them. ”

“WONDERFUL PLACE!! Casa de colores was ideal for our group of eleven. Loved the house with bathrooms in each bedroom. The pool was perfect. The caretakers came daily to take care of the house and were amazing. The town of Akumal is super cute with great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend the Chef Service and renting golf carts. We will be back. ”

“The property is beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. The keep the grounds as beautiful as the interior, and we felt safe and secure even with young kids. The crib and high char were very helpful!For others' awareness with kids, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, so expect to need to hand wash bottles etc. The staff did some laundry for us at a good price, so that solved the laundry needs.”

“Casita was not satisfactory. Toilet did not work, all sinks & faucets did not work. Very un satisfied with the Casita. Main house was OK, except for large amount of bugs in the house.”

“Our week at Casa De Mar was so wonderfully relaxing. Comfortable, clean home with the ocean breeze blowing through in the afternoon. The resident iguanas kept my boys occupied for hours. The staff was kind, professional, and always available. Absolutely recommend the property!”
