“Extremely poor standard of the room. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned upon arrival nor during the days we stayed there. Poor service from the staff. Spiders and animals in the room. Holes in the furniture. Overall my worst experience from any hotel so we decided to check out early and find a new place to stay. Not worth the money you are paying. “Wow we were so satisfied with our stay at Ikal! We had the Maya suite and it was better than we expected (you had an entire yard for yourself!) and the whole feeling in the hotel area was really nice. The beach was also lovely and not crowded at all, very chill and nice vibe. Highly recommend! ”
