  • Seven Seas # 3, huvudnivå, pool sida enhet med full havsutsikt. Seven Seas Condominiums är ett litet villa komplex beläget i det lugna stranden samhället South Akumal, bara två och en halv miles söder om Akumal egentligen.



    Gästerna på Seven Seas har en stor strandpool med schäslonger för att koppla av i solen. Varje enhet har en privat uteplats och ligger bara några steg från sandstranden och vattnet.



    Seven Seas # 3 är fullt två sovrum villa med fullt utrustat kök, matplats med plats för sex och vardagsrum. Från vardagsrummet tillgång till poolsidan uteplatsen. Enheten vetter mot havet och har full ljus utsikt över trädgården och havet. Gästerna kan också njuta av havsutsikt från båda sovrummen och tillgång till poolen uteplatser.



    Det stora sovrummet är rymligt. Möblerad med king size-säng, privat sittgrupp, skrivbord med havsutsikt, badrum med badkar och luftkonditionering. Gäst sovrummet är inrett med två enkelsängar som kan göras till en kung för att rymma par eller familjer. Detta sovrum har också havsutsikt och har eget badrum och är luftkonditionerat. Det finns också en queen size uppblåsbar luft säng tillgänglig för US $ 25 / night för att passa en 5: e gäst.



    En annan bra funktion på Seven Seas 3 är att den har ramp tillgång hela vägen från parkeringsplatsen till lägenheten, för dem som letar efter enkel rörlighet in och ut ur enheten.



    Ett bra val för tyst, bekvämt boende i en härlig miljö. AC endast i sovrum.

Majestic Sea Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic location. The pool, kayaks and and house keeping were great. The only downside was the lack of comfortable living room seating. For practical reasons the couches are concrete but the cushions don't make them comfortable.

Walking through the front door on our first day we were in awe at the gorgeous view out the sliding glass door, The beautiful pool was right off our bedroom and the beach a few steps away. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the condo outside reading, playing games, and just watching the waves and sunsets. The housekeeper and pool people were wonderful and super friendly. They were very helpful and accomodating. It exceeded our expetations.

Quiet Beach Holiday

We loved our time at Akumal Sur. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed snorkelling every other day, and the pool was wonderful. We ordered groceries online, and rented a car to drive to Puerto Adventuras for groceries. There is so much to see and do in this region, cenotes, ruins, beaches. Renting a car is a must as taxis are quite expensive. The staff at the property were the BEST. Miguel made us feel right at home and was kind and helpful. Our kids loved it here and we would absolutely come back again.

The apartment has everything you need and the complex of just 6 units gives you the privacy you look after for a family holidays. The bay itself is a natural wonde, with the reefs that protects the whole bay and full of marine life to enjoy unlimited snorkeling experience.

Beautiful location and roomy condo

By far, we absolutely loved our cleaner "Dacie" and manager "Miguel" ...so helpful and friendly. The condo was nice and clean, but needed a bit of updating. Mostly the master bedroom's sheets/towels. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the toaster didn't work! The weather was gorgeous, seeing Tulum and Cenote Azul were amazing. A bit reefy out front in the ocean but lots of paddleboards and kayaks to get out there..it was private and very quiet and had a sparkling clean pool and groundskeeper!! It was the perfect place to stay for 10 days and enjoy the turquoise water and beach.

Reviewer Comments: We have visited Yucatan mexico many times since the 80's and have always liked Akumal especially now when most of this province has been turned into HUGE resorts. This had been the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in. Largest 2BR 2 bath by far. Lovely furnishings and decor and just steps from pool and beach. Very quiet and peaceful yet just a short drive from great restaurants in Akumal Nord. Staff very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!Visited the newly opened Tulum Airport. Looks awesome and will be a welcome alternative for visiting this area.

The condo is well maintained and the staff is awesome! My only recommendation would be to put a new mattress pad on the king bed. We ate at several restaurants, and our favorite was Taco Maya in the Pueblo. You can’t go wrong with Seven Seas. Too bad that the sargassum has become so invasive, but the efforts to keep the beach clean are commendable...the crews work so hard every day!

Dad has trouble with knees so this place was absolutely ideal. No steps. Ocean front. And pool side. It was beautifullly decorated in a Mexican traditional style. (They loved it!!!! You’ll need transportation to get anywhere but the service was stellar. Miguel lived up to the reputation from previous reviews. Thank you for allowing Us to share this magnificent place. Another feather for Akumal rentals.

Tropical vacations with Turtles...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay in Akumal...We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in Akumal. The condo was located directly on the beach of Akumal Sur with direct access to the sea. We enjoyed using the kayaks and snorkeled at the reef. After the salt water activities, we could take a shower in the garden and jumped into the beautiful pool. An as a highlight, we could watch Turtles coming to the beach for nesting activities. Just wonderful!The condo itself did offer all the amenities which are needed for a relaxed stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for meal preparation an dining. We did both, either cooking in the kitchen, and also went out for dinner in the restaurants in Akumal. The two bedrooms were nice and comfortable , one equipped with a king-sized bed, the other with two single beds. Bioth rooms were aiirconditioned. The staff was really nice. Special thanks to Miguel, who helped us with the issues of our rental car. Many thanks, Miguel! You were a great support.

Great spacious apartment at quiet, secluded beach!

Reviewer Comments: Very convenient and spacious apartment on ground floor, right in front of the swimming pool and couple of steps from sandy beach and rocky sea. The Sargasso arrived already mid April this year and, although a few steps further into the water and the snorkeling is great. Apartment is great for a family with two bathrooms, children sleeping room and big master bedroom. There are two places to sit outside. Kitchen well equipt. On the whole: very nice experience and might come back!

Some stains on furniture. That being said, the grounds (pool, beach, common areas) were very well maintained. The housekeeper also did a fantastic job keeping the condo clean. This note is more for the owner to invest in their unit.

My complaints are the low quality kitchen implements, cheap sheets, and the walls in our bathroom were dirty. Everywhere else was spotless. I would go again to this beautiful property.
