“We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand.”

The location is right off the main road; however, the tiny homes face the beautiful rocks at the back of the property. They are well insulated so road noise is minimal and the hosts provide ear plugs for sleep, which we didn’t need. The marmots are very cute, right outside your window. The decor is quite warm and inviting....
