Parking is no problem and the property is close to the airport. I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.”

“I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!”

“My family of 4 plus mother in law enjoyed 3 great nights at this home over the 4th of July. The house has 5 large bedrooms, which were perfect for our group. In contrast to other places we’ve stayed, the thoughtful hosts provided fans in each room and plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze. And the location is fantastic! The running water from the creek and river and all the area birds provided a relaxing backdrop. The house has a great location - close to Gunnison and an easy drive up to CB....

“Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. ”

“We loved the property! The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, having coffee available was great, using the TV was simple, we LOVED sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. My only cretique would be the backyard needs a little TLC, but honestly with the huge front porch with beautiful views we probably wouldn't use the backyard anyway. We would stay again for sure!”

The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. ”
