“I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication. Bad policy having to go...

“We loved our stay at the Ranch House! It was just what we needed while in the area for a wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. We very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the country. Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!”
