“This is a fantastic property in a beautiful setting which provides a brilliant base to explore Lake Annecy and the surrounding area. We were two families (5 and 4) and the farmhouse provides lots of comfortable living space and loads of outdoor space. The children particularly enjoyed the Pool and Football table and they also enjoyed swimming in the pond! Everything was finished to a high standard and we had everything we needed! We loved the horses and dog that were on the farm too! ...

"Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long queue as it was understaffed and several people had issues with the high deposits "
