âAs this hotel is supposed to be one of the best in the area it is not more than okey. It took more than five minutes to reach the reception from the hotel room telephone. The sink in the room did barely drained. And the restaurant is under all criticism, badly trained personnel and food that doesnât taste or even tastes bad. â
âOnly spent one night here, very comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Shopping mall opposite and places to eat nearby, breakfast was also good â

âBooked the stay due to early morning flight, but wasn't expecting much for the price. Instead I was suprised by how nice it was inside, the bar area was inviting and the room was just what we needed. Close to the airport but didn't hear a single plane all night.â
âClose to motorway but tucked away from any noise. Large car park, large pub and lots of amenities on your doorstep.
Limited Internet was my only problem but it may have been due to the storm.â

âHotel is nice, staff is super friendly, breakfast is good.
Be aware, if you arrive by train the hotel is far away from the train station, buses go on a regular basis from the shoppingcenter nearby but they stop service rather early in the evening wich means you need a cab to get there. â
âeasy access, lovely spacious room, good central location & ample secure parking. Only grumble was that we left windows open and there was a lot of traffic noise in the morning - should have used the fan (provided) instead, so our mistake. Plus, some of the UHT milks and decaf coffee sachets provided were out of date. Overall however, would definitely stay there againâ

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."
