“What a wonderful place, the view from the balcony was serene . The fresh fruit at breakfast. The heater in the bathroom. The cookies at night. The staff was so friendly and we felt well taken care of. This is a place I would like to stay longer at.”

“We were on the 2nd floor and every step we took made the floor creak or groan or made the cupboards rattle no matter how carefully we stepped and we got a call from the front desk around 10:15pm that woke up our 7 year old about a noise complaint so that was very irritating. The breakfast was mediocre but had a lot of options. Price was definitely too high for the overall experience.”

“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“Prices seemed inflated for the area. Definitely not worth $250 per night cost. Reason checking prices in other hotels in area lower priced with what appeared same amenities. The breakfast was typical for a included breakfast nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels. Breakfast staff where great. Front desk great. If you go try their own brand of cookies. Very good”

“The staff are the best part of my stay, and I really luv the place to! My knees keep acting up so the end, ground level room was perfect and the end allowed me to not disturb neighbors when I got back late both Friday and Saturday nights - Thanks again!”

“The bathroom is not well cleaned”

“Our room was advertised with a jetted tub and a amazing breakfast... We were also told that there was a swimming pool and BBQs on the rooftop Well, we got up to the room, the first thing we noticed was no jetted tub! UGH! In the morning we went down to breakfast, the biscuits were really hard, and I don't think the sausage patties were actual meat.UGH! We wanted to go swimming but couldn't find the pool so we asked at the desk where the swimming pool was? They told us that they had to remove it!...

“Parking lot well lit. The sink did not drain very well so left standing water for a few minutes. The air conditioning was not working, but they brought a large fan when we called and asked for one.”

“Staff were helpful and friendly. Secure covered parking was nice. Room was clean. The furniture (couch and bed) are beyond their useful life and need replacing.”

“We stayed in a king suite facing the harbour. The view was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The entire space was immaculate. We appreciated the extra information provided on check in. MSS proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminal made it easy to leave our car at home. Would highly recommend this property.”

“I never felt comfortable here. It’s the kind of place where dudes stand on the railing outside their room and smoke and play music. The exterior needs work and updates. The room was sufficient and clean but I kept waiting for bedbugs and roaches (only the latter appeared). There were dogs outside and barking by 6:45 am. It was cheap and convenient for one night, but I wouldn’t go back. The parking lot was FULL by the end of the day so I guess it’s well received enough to fill up. Your call!”

“I actually feel sorry for the girls that work at the desk here. This building is so poorly maintained that the lampshades were literally crumbling into dust in my room.
