“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel.
What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean.
But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“breakfast served was okay. your basic continental fair. i was a bit confused by it, there may have been scrambled eggs involved somewhere but it was too difficult for me to figure that out, i just woke up. so I took a muffin and a danish back to my room with some orange juice. hotel was very easily walkable from the amtrak station, and it was walking distance to washington hall, which is why i was in seattle... to see a show. at washington hall. the room was small, but very clean and well...

“This was the worst hotel to check in to if you come by car as there are no parking outside the hotel. I had to park where it is not allowed and run in to the front desk staff and check in. The hotel garage is not safe as the hotel is located in central Seattle and anyone could enter the parking garage from outside.
The room was small and not so new and fresch as I had hoped for. Not good soundproof. I could hear seabirds all night. I wonder how this hotel can have so good rates. The breakfast...

"Bra hotell nära flygplatsen. Renoverade fina rum, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum.
Tyvärr fick vi helt felaktig information om pris för shuttle till kryssningsfartyg. Vid incheckning bokade jag den o fick besked om pris 25 $pp (flera gånger.) Då bilen kom skulle avgiften vara 75$ pp beroende på den tid jag valt, vilket jag ej upplysts om. Vistelsen fick därmed tyvärr ingen bra avslutning. Jag vägrade förstås betala 150 dollar för halvtimmes långa resan. Chauffören förstod det. Det löste sig hyfsat. Hotellet har gratis transfer till o från flygplatsen. "

"Jag hälsade på goda vänner i Seattle i samband med en affärsresa och bodde här sista natten innan hemfärd. HOtellet var helt fantastiskt, perfekt läge, rent och snyggt och bekvämt. En riktig pärla till hotell mitt i Seattle till mycket rimligt pris. Jag kommer absolut bo här igen när jag kommer tillbaka till Seattle!"

Great location that is near the light rail and within walking distance of several tourist attractions and interesting neighborhoods.
Staff was welcoming and accommodating.
Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and some debris, maybe part of the filter, came out of the air conditioner.
Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again."
