âWhat a wonderful place, the view from the balcony was serene . The fresh fruit at breakfast. The heater in the bathroom. The cookies at night. The staff was so friendly and we felt well taken care of. This is a place I would like to stay longer at.â
âStaff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel.
What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean.
But the staff was very friendly which was nice. â
âThe key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that.â
âWe ate at a wonderful Indian restaurant just around the corner. Breakfast was not quite the best, as they were out of coffee, yougart, and bagels just as we were finishing with many more people coming in. Iâm sure they fixed it, but frustrating.â
âRoom was nice, safe area, easy to park and breakfast ok, but we did not like that we paid a deposit of 100$ and it can take upto 14weekdays to release that the deposit, that is not ok. â

âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â
âCollege Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!â

A warning, though: There are zero power outlets. With four people staying in the room, and wanting to charge phones and watches, this was an issue. We had to unplug the TV and the lamp by the beds to have any access to power outlets.
Lots of drug zombies in the neighbourhood. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but for some travellers this could be a relevant issue. "
