“This apartment was listed as a two-bedroom apartment. The check-in was at 12:00 p.m. although we arrived at 3:00 p.m. The owner of the apartment said it had not been cleaned and we would have to wait for the cleaning of the apartment. However, it was not at all the same apartment that I booked a completely different building different setup. There was only one tiny bedroom with a moldy shower and glass door toilet. My friend has hip problems and could not walk up the steep stairs to the toilet...
