“I’ve stayed here before. This was a shorter 4 day trip for an out of state wedding nearby. Since my stay last year, the owner, Ryan, has extended the outdoor deck looking over the lake. It’s a great view. The place is decorated very nicely with a titanic theme. It was then and still is now one of the nicest places I’ve stayed a. “Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it. “We were impressed as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of room for everyone and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were extremely comfy. The entire unit was very well organized and decorated.
