“The room, especially the bedding, had a terrible dog smell. Apparently, they allow dogs in the rooms. Could not even use the sheets and blankets. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow cases. Could hear everything going on in the rooms and hallway around me. Lots of "interesting" characters hanging out at the entrance to hotel. The area was not pleasant at all. Would definitely not recommend or ever go back to this hotel. Lesson learned...you get what you pay for.”

“The check in and communication with the host was fantastic. The water unfortunately did not get hot which is a big comfort during the wintertime in the city. Besides that the location is great. ”

So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...”

“Great little spot for when youre just looking for a place to sleep while exploring the city. Its incredibly close to the subway stop, cool little shops up the block, mom and pop restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfy, the whole place clean, and it had a convenient little kitchenette in case you really needed the day to just chill. The shower was not ideal for anyone over 5'6", but still a good shower nonetheless. 10/10 would absolutely rebook and recommend.”

“Perfect location and spacious property - very clean and well kept! Host even had a basket of odds and ends (razor, hair ties, playing cards).”

“Great apartment,stayed 11 nights,good air conditioning if needed and parking wasnt too much of a issues 8 times out 10 you would find one close to the property ”

“The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!”
