“We really enjoyed our stay at Blairbell Cottage! It's a beautiful cottage and perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the games room with the games, table football and SNES. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The wi-fi is very fast and rock solid. The beds are really comfy in every room. The views from the front over the fields and moors is beautiful. We did walks around down to the lochs and around the estate, and spotted wildlife including red squirrels....

“We enjoyed our stay at 3 Alan Park. Very centrally located. We were able to drive to the national forest one day, go to Glenock one day, go to Saint Andrews one day. Easy walk to Sterling Castle. The hosts were very good to respond. We had a little issue finding parking at first, but figured it out with their help. As the hosts have mentioned, if you don’t do stairs, this is not the apartment for you. The kitchen had everything you need. Wi-Fi worked great.”

“The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future.”

“I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. I was cooking christmas dinner which was a bit harder as there was no working potato peeler and there was not a small knife to use, only large ones. There was also no whisk but...

“Came here with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in accommodated us arriving early.There was everything and more on offer. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. And the gift of chocolates and wine gave that extra special.touch...would definitely recommend and return.”

“This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. Just 30 mins drive from Edinburgh, and 10 mins from the Pentland Hills it's perfect for both a city and country break. Extremely dog friendly too with plenty of space to run around outside. All communication was clear and timely, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine, lovely note and flowers. We will certainly try and return for a third stay in future.”

“We had a marvelous stay.The property was clean and very comfortable. It had all we needed for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The views over the fields and valley from the living room were outstanding and made a great backdrop for our holiday. Nearby Crieff and other towns easily accessible. We will be back. “When we got there, we were a little bit apprehensive as the bar underneath had been closed and there was construction on the front side but once we got inside the room was fantastic and we were definitely look it again”

“Overall the property was good to stay in however the following issues should be considered. The pillows were extremely lumpy and unusable. The quilt cover was too big for the quilt that made sleeping uncomfortable. The security lights from the joinery business across the road shone into the main bedroom all night as the blinds did not provide coverage and there were no curtains. It was difficult to pull the blinds down as there was no drawing mechanisms. The postcode using Google maps does...
