deck facing the covered patio. It does not look into interior spaces.
** The source of water is a well. The property has filtering systems, but you may not like
the taste and smell of water due to minerals. We recommend purchasing bottled water for
drinking.
Guest Requirements Prior to Booking:
** Must be at least 21 years old and have completed Airbnb's ID verification
** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old
** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the number of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
** You'll need a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.
** We're located on a snowy mountain so the driveway could be very steep and icy.
** About 30 minutes drive to Breckenridge.
** 5 minute drive to Alma, if you need to stock up for necessities.
