Skidhotell i Almaty

“One of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment was perfect for 4-5 people and the comminication and assistance with the host was absolutely amazing. Nothing to complain about at all. ”

“Amazing service from the staff, helped with all restaurant bookings, recommendations, taxis, excursions etc. We had really a nice experience in Almaty! ”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel”

“Very good location in a nice hotell with a good gym. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff.”

“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....

“Great location hotel is old and needs renovation”

“Nice hotel. Stayed there 6 nights. Comfortable ”
