Hotell i Almaty

“I left early so I didn't try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent and i will be back again.”

“Worst hotel I've ever been to. Weird fines, unclean rooms, everything was broken or halfbroken. It was loud and unbearably hot at night. No idea how this could possibly be rated as a 4 star hotel. I don’t recommend. ”

“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....

“The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused.”

“The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again.”
