“We stayed here for two nights while visiting the McDonald Observatory in the Davis Mountains. The unit itself was clean, the A/C worked very well, and there was plenty of hot water.There were, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The photos of the back patio are outdated. The space currently has a patio table and a plastic picnic table, but the patio table hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. “I loved everything about it!!!! However the patio up top and the stars go great together!! It was by far the most comfy, cute place I’ve stayed. The calm and quiet was an added bonus! This is the way to go when traveling to Alpine! I can’t wait to visit again! Everything you need in a tiny, comfy place.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful home! It was very clean, had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend. We brought our Shelby Cobra in a trailer so we could ride it through the Davis Mountains and to Terlingua etc. it was the perfect spot in between both with room to park our trailer. Hosts were very friendly and communicated throughout the process. We will definitely be back!”

“Staying in the containers was an unique, fun experience, especially traveling with children. Cleanliness was top notch and water pressure was a nice surprise. Highlight was sitting on the roof deck in the evenings watching the wildlife, stars, and playing UNO in the breeze. The winds picked up during our stay so stars weren't as visible as we hoped but that's just Texas.
