On one side of the bed there's not much floor-space - you have to edge in and out, but the mattress is very comfortable, and the bed wouldn't fit better anywhere else in the room. When I called the number provided, a call back was promised, but it never came. Apparently, the expectation was that every time I returned—and in Berlin, that can sometimes be in the middle of the night—I would ring the neighbors' doorbells. They were very helpful, by the way.
