At check in they asked for a $50 cash deposit. Other reviews say $40? No receipt given after handing over cash. It may be a good idea if they gave you a receipt because it seemed sketchy. Everything was great. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pool was nice, & breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the smell in the Hallways. Brand new 2-bedroom cabin just outside the city limits of Clarksville.
Property was great, very clean and adequately stocked. We had peaceful time. Bitchin fire pit.
