“We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed...

Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!”

“On Monday we arrived and at first glance the house was exceptional. The house, rooms, pool, etc. were clean and spacious. Our troubles started Monday evening when one of our kids told us there was water all over the floor upstairs under the mini split air conditioner. We immediately turned it off, cleaned the water off the floors, and got in contact with Beach Box to get the issue resolved. Someone arrived Tuesday morning, he left assuring us it was taken care of, he fixed the AC setting to ON...
