“There was nothing LUX about it. We were in an outside room. We had to walk up a flight with a rail and then up another flight of metal stair to get to the room. On opening the door we were met with the overwhelming smell of a deoderiser that was actually hiding the damo smell. “The hotel was situated at the beach which was great but the windows of our room was so dirty that it ruined our experience. The room was otherwise clean but a dirty plate with leftovers was standing in the stairway for two days before the staff removed it after we informed them about it.
