“Hotel is very nice and rooftop area excellent. Excellent to find a hotel with hardwood floors in room. Rooms and cleaning very good. Area excellent with a 10 min walk to restaurant, shopping and event district. All in all great hotel at a good location. But did run into some small highly irritating issues. “The outside of the place is not bad, and the inside is clean. The room itself is very nice. However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. The staffs are friendly.”

“The entire hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Had we known, we would have chosen a different accommodation. It will probably be very nice once everything is finished, but at the moment it was chaotic. As a small compensation, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment, which was a big plus; however, this did not outweigh the poor service and the ongoing renovation work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.”
