“Hotel is very nice and rooftop area excellent. Excellent to find a hotel with hardwood floors in room. Rooms and cleaning very good. Area excellent with a 10 min walk to restaurant, shopping and event district. All in all great hotel at a good location. But did run into some small highly irritating issues. “Had a great stay! Staff is incredibly friendly. Easy check-in/out. Facilities are great, room is really clean and spacious. Indoor climate feels really fresh. Kitchen could be better equipped though. Gym and rooftop pool/area are top notch for hotel standards. Morning coffee in the lobby everyday.”

“We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.”

“The floor was sticky and dirty. One of the beds had visibly dirty sheets. The tv kept turning itself on every 60 sec. When I brought to the staffs attention, I was told that a colleague was going to come look at it. Nobody came. When I wanted to check out to get my deposit back, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 30+ min before anyone showed up. When they did, no apology was offered. The staff did not speak English.”

“Great place to stay as it’s right in the middle of Wynwood and you can walk for coffee, restaurants etc but if you have a car it’s inconvenient. Have to fight to find street parking or park in a garbage that’s pretty price per night. But if car is not an issue, it’s a good value for your money. ”

“The entire hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Had we known, we would have chosen a different accommodation. It will probably be very nice once everything is finished, but at the moment it was chaotic. As a small compensation, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment, which was a big plus; however, this did not outweigh the poor service and the ongoing renovation work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.”

“Perfect place for an overnight before a long trip ahead! After some confusion about where to enter, a man who was also staying helped me get in. The room and bed was clean and the bathroom and shower were also very nice. Definitely recommend for the price, it is also near a little supermarket where I picked up some snacks and drinks for there and my long train trip ahead.”
