“There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. “The place was lovely. Very clean and great location within walking distance of Golden 1 Center. The host was friendly and responsive, and happily accommodated our last minute request to add an extra night. It can be a little tricky checking in, but very clear instructions were provided and we had no issues. ”
