“The property is located RIGHT NEXT to another property that was under construction! This was NOT disclosed when I booked my reservation! The area where the beach chairs, which was not the actual beach depicted in the photos, was within 50 feet of where outside construction was occurring. Which lasts from 7 AM to 7 PM! The day I arrived, the noise was that of nail guns and sawing. The next day, it was a welder, including sparks flying! Which is EXTREMELY dangerous to not only people but a HUGE...

“We checked in on Monday. got a room in the main Motel 6 building 2nd floor with no balcony. The room we booked and expected had been advertised to be one of the rooms in a separate 1 story building with a balcony; listed under a different owner ’s name-Belvilla, it appeared to be a remodeled version of a room we stayed in years ago. The front desk at motel 6 had our reservation and said the remodeled rooms in the separate building were booked.

“The property has a great location. The parking spot was very convenient. The host was very responsive every time I had a question. Laundry room on site was great. The space was large but there wasn’t much of any amenities inside the apartment but there was enough to survive a couple days. Great price for the location and space.”

“When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...
