“Great location and amazing staff! The maintenance and ground keepers were always friendly and positive. The magnificent cleaning lady always had a smile and was very thorough and detail oriented in all aspects of her tasks. The security folks were focused on their duties and still were compassionate and friendly to all guests. “One night stay here. Cute boutique hotel convenient to the ferry and Cruz Bay restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were complimentary and really appreciated! Didn’t try the complimentary continental breakfast. Karen and David were fantastic hosts, went out of their way to help us make the most of our short stay, with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Deck was nice place to relax, with a very small pool.”

The pool deck and hot tub are scary dirty and not even close to resort quality. Very unappealing to the well traveled resort quality experience. 3. The grounds are not well manicured at all.
