“This house is perfect for a girls weekend. We did a couple places further out but enjoyed Bold Rock and Devils Backbone. It had everything we needed to enjoy some much needed time to relax at the house also. ”

The kitchen was well-appointed for meals and we enjoyed the fire pit. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great for easy access to many areas of Lynchburg. “The cottage is very clean and all necessary amenities were provided, but there are animals nesting in the attic and back wall of the house. It was difficult to sleep because of the noises they made coming and going.”

“We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...
