“I checked in I reserved a handicapped room with 2 queens and 1 pull out. They gave us a room with no pull out 1 queen. We called downstairs just to be told they gave my room away and cant help me till tomorrow. Wow! My kid had to sleep on the floor. Sadly she was in a car accident and when she woke up she was in great pain and we did get her to a chiropractor which helped. The guy helping us get a new room kept looking at his phone. He told his co worker he did not want to miss his door dash...

“The rooms were clean, which we appreciated, but they definitely need updating—the furniture and overall look feel very outdated. Unfortunately, the photos shown when booking don’t accurately reflect the actual condition of the hotel, which was disappointing. Overall, while it was clean, the place didn’t live up to expectations based on the listing.”

“We have stayed at several Great Wolf locations including this one in Anaheim. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed this trip. Check in took well over an hour after a 10 hour travel day. We stayed 9 nights and not once was our room cleaned even though we made requests. We just started putting our full garbage bags in the hallway to be picked up and then they would put new bags in our room (along with rolls of toilet paper) by the sink for us to change on our own.
