“We absolutely loved this rental! Very clean and exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful view from the back porch allowing you to watch the sunset. We were able to park our boat at the dock for easy access. The location provides many delicious food options at a variety of prices. It is also not far from the tourist attractions. Check-in process was a breeze and the property manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a great time and will book again in the near future.”

“The building is a bit older but the condo is nice. One issue we had was the smart thermostat - it isn't intuitive and there weren't any instructions. We found them online and managed, but provided instructions would help a lot. Condo is close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, and a short drive from historic St. Augustine. Comfortable beds, kitchen seemed to be well-stocked (we didn't cook much), and the chairs on the balcony were nice for enjoying a beverage in the afternoon.”

Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. We really appreciate this unit and dealing with Jeff, the owner. 🏖👍”

The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I...
