“A room with no table/desk nor chair to sit at. No shelf in bathroom to put usual 'stuff'. A carpet that was as hard as the concrete floor underneath. Toilet so low only a ten year old would like. And unless one has a GPS, there's no way to find the hotel.”

“Such a cute boutique-type hotel. Dinner was great & the beds were super comfy.”

“Everything was ok, except for the unbearable noise of the air conditioning, which would turn on every two hours and last for 6 to 8 minutes. It was very annoying and unbearable.”

“Rymligt och rent rum. Mycket trevlig restaurang med god mat.”

“Elevator did not work. Feels run down”

“Great Food, Great service on everything.”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...

“Overall a good stay. Did book this including breakfast which we were denied as this was not showing in the hotel reservation. Not sure if this was to blame the hotel or Hotels.com but we had to find breakfast elsewhere as the offers in the restaurant did not our requirements. ”

“No complaint”

“Should be a dress code for breakfast in the common area”

“i enjoyed my stay the bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby.”
