“Unsere Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sauber und funktionierte. Der Verwalter Daniel war einfach perfekt, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants. ”

“This was a great holiday location and the house was clean and comfortable with a well equippet kitchen and had a private patio right outside. The pool and the pool area was fantastic with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. It was quite and relaxing. Some nice restaurants were within walking distance from the house. The hosts were very nice and gave us valuable tips about activities, restaurants and places of interest. We stayed her with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 10) for one week and we really loved it!...

“The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche.”

“Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!”

“The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

“Maison très confortable, bien équipée et bien décorée. Vu sur les collines avoisinantes sans vis à vis depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L accueil par Fabiana a été très chaleureux et pleins de conseils. Le fait d avoir 5 salle de bain pour 6 chambres avec chacune des toilettes est Top ! ”

“Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Morro d Alba insgesamt waren wir 23 Erwachsene und Kinder. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die super Tipps von Heidi haben wir fast alle umgesetzt. Wir sagen Danke und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen”

“Villa in magnifica posizione con ampi e molto piacevoli spazi esterni, anche se un poco trascurati. Attrezzatura casa funzionale, mobilio molto datato. Spiagge e borghi facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Strada d’accesso alla propietà non asfaltata e molto segnata dalla pioggia. L’’House Manager Carlo molto efficiente, cordiale e disponibile.”

"Nice breakfast, great service, professional and clean. Comfortable pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Good pressure in the spacious shower. Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26€ to Ancona Centro, 45€ to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility. Cappuccino with latte art as well as great omelett is performed by Pietro S di Napoli, omelette has thin crisp layer outside, soft inside! Ancona is also a lot breezier and cooler than for example Roma and Milano, due to its geographical location! "

"I cannot enough describe this hotel, with the people and service that we received ❤️ fantastic hospitality and great food. You meet the most kind, genuine and gentle personal. They are amazing! The owner was so welcoming and the people that work there so friendly and warm. Love it! Best regards the two families from Sweden with 7 people. "

Weekend i Ancona

"Bra läge, knappt 5 minuter till fots till affärer och restauranger. Även flygbussen stannar 5 minuter från hotellet. Dock en nackdel, hotellet ligger högt och det krävs en uppförsbacke för att komma till hotellet. Har man mycket bagage så är nog taxi att rekommendera. Fin och stor frukost som kan avnjutas utomhus. Trevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas."
