Spend a day attending racing events, savoring local wine, and playing leisurely golf with friends. Historic Downtown McKinney is also only 18 miles away and doubles as both a scenic tourist and holiday destination.

Back home, delight in an incredible outdoor space complete with a screened patio, lawn games, a spacious stone fire pit, a fenced yard for dogs, a gas grill, a play area, porch swings, and a private hot tub. Grill up a tasty dinner in the sunshine, have a Ping-Pong or horseshoes tournament, and create lifelong memories with loved ones. Inside, you’ll feel right at home in the bright, beautifully designed living area bursting with plush seating, warm wooden accents, and tasteful furniture. Watch the game on the large TV, then craft some delicious snacks in the stylish, full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops. As the sun goes down, take a revitalizing soak in the hot tub or gather for s’mores under the stars. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out this home’s stellar perks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
