“Its a nice quiet location on the island. Close to Bean Pointe Beach, but more than 2 blocks to walk. The pool was very nice. The bed wasn't comfortable. Its so low, almost on the floor, I made my back hurt. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. The couch is a old pull-out, and is worn out. My 3 dislikes could be fixed to make it so much better. The island is amazing. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Plenty of activities to do also. Great place to spend time.”

The entire resort is only 4 duplexes so the pool was never crowded. The host is caring and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this place for your stay on AMI, and we can't wait to come back!”

“Upon check in we realized the ice maker was not working so I called to report it and was told that someone would be in touch. The next day, I called again and they had no record of me calling the day before. The property management company assured me again someone would contact me about the ice maker and I never heard from anyone our entire stay. The property has some deferred maintenance. The pool is in desperate need of resurfacing. The coffee table is about to fall over, one of the...
