“We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Gulf and Bay. The house was very comfortable, with great beds and a comfy couch, perfect for mid-day naps. It was well stocked with all the items we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon, and we're very thankful that these items were available as they made our beach experience much more enjoyable.”

When we arrived the house seemed to need alittle sprucing up which happened as soon as I called and brought attention to the things that needed addressing. Everything worked out in the end. “This year two for us and we adore this villa whenever we visit AMI. It's a solid 5/5 across the board. With the boat dock, mornings are effortless; we wake up, get ready, hop on the boat and head straight to the beach or fishing spots.
