“Spacious and comfortable for 6 adults to relax indoors and out. Well supplied kitchen, which is good because you should plan to cook your meals. Restaurant scene in Chama is seeing some turnover. Only one cafe was open during our mid-week stay. Walking distance to the train station, which is well worth the visit. Forested area with elk and deer in and around the town. Beautiful country, I would come again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations suited us perfectly. 3 things to bring to your attention: downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut, we used a washcloth around the door when we shut it to keep it in place. Also downstairs bathroom the towel rack under window came loose so we just put in on the window sill. Upstairs king bedroom the lamp shade was loose and would not tighten. These issues did not effect our stay, just wanted to let you know.I would highly recommend this...

“Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, great bathrooms. Neighbors didn't bother us -- I only saw them when...

“Our stay was great! Super responsive host and the house was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed. The backyard could use a little more grass and maybe some updated furniture, but we loved that it is fully fenced and has amazing views. Great walkability along the river into downtown. Would highly recommend this home!”
