“We loved our stay at Sunset Martini! Highly recommend for families looking for a beach getaway without the crowds. The house is stellar and the neighborhood was everything we could ask for. Beach days were made easy with the provided amenities and private boardwalk. The cherry on top was our host! She was attentive and truly cared about our vacation experience. ”

“The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. During our stay owner/manager had new roaster and coffee pot delivered. It just needs a good repair week and deep cleanI suggested the cleaning crew be replaced ”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The place was really nice, well stocked and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our small group. The outside was nice, with a porch to hang out on, and a fenced yard for the dog. It is within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We plan on coming back. ”

“The place is nice. Tried to check in a little earlier, but rental manager was not able to help. Clean, although inside garbage can lid smelled due to food debris clung to it. The little details matter, no shampoo or conditioner was a little disappointing. Overall, very nice place to stay. Thank you for renting your beach house to us.”

“Everything was perfect and wonderful. Faith was so accommodating and so nice in answering some questions I had. The house was perfect for us with a one-year-old and three-year-old, including the way the pool is situated and built. And you can't beat a heated pool in November! Perfect ocean views too. Seriously we were so satisfied and happy and will more than likely be back next year. Thank you”
