“The room was dirty, the bedding was dusty, the restroom sink and bathroom disgusting. The AC was broken, the elevator was broken. The facility is not nice, the rooms are very small. Was not happy with my experience, did not end up staying here, had to book another room elsewhere. Save your money and book a different facility”

The communal area and entrance wasn't the most inviting but don't let that put you off because once you are in the apartment it's so good. Everything you would need is there, and there was some welcome treats and water which was very welcome. “Fantastic location and lovely apartment that made us feel like we awere really enjoying a Roman experience. Very helpful at providing detailed directions from airport on public transport. Provided lovely welcome food/Coffee/juice/milk/wine. Very quiet apartment but you step outside and are right in the midst of the bustling Trastevere area with numerous bars/restaurants within walking distance. Very centrally located for touring Vatican/Colleseum also. Hope we can return there some day.”

Espresso machine in the room. Comfortable bed. I found the location convenient to many areas. I used the Lime bicycles often and they were available nearby. Good size of room and comfortable beds. Very firm pillows though! Absolutely not soundproofing rooms! It was very noicy from the other rooms (we could hear speaking, people arguing, music etc from other rooms) and the sound from staff cleaning or other guests was what woke us up every morning.
